Gregory A. Lohnes President, Natural Gas Pipelines
Mr. Lohnes was appointed Chairman of the general partner in March 2010 and was appointed a Director of the general partner in January 2007. Mr. Lohnes' principal occupation is President, Natural Gas Pipelines of TransCanada, a position he has held since July 2010. Prior to this, Mr. Lohnes was Executive Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer. From August 2000 until June 2006, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Great Lakes Gas Transmission Company.

Steven D. Becker Vice-President, Business Development, Natural Gas Pipelines
Mr. Becker was appointed President of the general partner in August 2010 and was appointed Director of the general partner in January 2007. Mr. Becker's principal occupation is Vice-President, Business Development, Natural Gas Pipelines of TransCanada, a position he has held since August 2010. Prior to that he was Vice-President, Pipeline Development. From April 2003 to June 2006, he was Vice-President, Gas Development of TransCanada. Prior to April 2003, Mr. Becker was Vice-President, Market Development and Vice-President, Gas Strategy of TransCanada.

Kristine L. Delkus Deputy General Counsel, Pipelines and Regulatory Affairs
Ms. Delkus was appointed a Director of the general partner in November 2003. Ms. Delkus' principal occupation is Deputy General Counsel, Pipelines and Regulatory Affairs of TransCanada, a position she has held since September 2006. From June 2006 to September 2006, she was Vice-President, Pipeline Law and Regulatory Affairs of TransCanada. From December 2005 to June 2006, she was Vice-President, Law, Gas Transmission of TransCanada. Prior to December 2005, she was Vice-President, Law, Power and Regulatory.

Jack F. Jenkins-Stark(1) (2) (3) Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Jenkins-Stark was appointed a Director of the general partner in July 1999. Mr. Jenkins-Stark's principal occupation is Chief Financial Officer of BrightSource Energy Inc. (designs and builds large scale solar plants that deliver solar energy in the form of steam and/or electricity), a position he has held since April 2007. Mr. Jenkins-Stark was Chief Financial Officer of Silicon Valley Bancshares (offering financial products and services, including commercial, investment, merchant and private banking and private equity services) from April 2004 to April 2007. Prior to that he was Vice-President, Business Operations and Technology at Itron Inc. (a manufacturer of automated meter reading technology and a developer of energy management software), a position he held from January 2004 to March 2004. In March 2003, Mr. Jenkins-Stark was named a Managing Director at Itron Inc. following the purchase of Silicon Energy Corp. (internetbased energy and data management software) by Itron Inc. Prior to the acquisition, Mr. Jenkins-Stark was Chief Financial Officer of Silicon Energy.

James (Jim) M. Baggs Vice-President, Operations and Engineering
Mr. Baggs was appointed a Director of the general partner in March 2010. Mr. Baggs principal occupation is Vice-President, Operations and Engineering, where he is accountable for the safe, efficient and reliable operations, maintenance and overall integrity of TransCanada's assets (pipeline, power and gas storage facilities).

Walentin (Val) Mirosh(3) (5) President, Mircan Resources Ltd. Calgary, AB Mr. Mirosh was appointed a Director of the general partnership in September 2004. Mr. Mirosh's principal occupations are as a corporate director and President of Mircan Resources Ltd., a private consulting company. Prior to January 1, 2010 Mr. Mirosh was Vice-President of Nova Chemicals and Special Advisor to the President and Chief Operating Officer, and prior to April 2008 Mr. Mirosh was President of Olefins and Feedstocks of Nova Chemicals Corporation, a commodity chemicals and plastics company, a position he held since July 2003. Mr. Mirosh was a partner of MacLeod Dixon LLP from 1979 to 1993 and from January 2002 to July 2003. Mr. Mirosh is also a director of Superior Plus Income Fund. |

Malyn K. Malquist(4) (5) Calgary, AB Mr. Malquist was appointed a Director of the general partner in April 2011 and Chairman of the Audit Committee in July of the same year. Mr. Malquist has over 25 years of business experience in the energy sector. From September 2002 to March 2009, he held various senior executive positions at Avista Corp. and served as the Executive Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to that, Mr. Malquist served in senior executive positions at Sierra Pacific Resources, ending his term as President and CEO/COO in April 2000. |

Sandra Ryan-Robinson Director, Pipeline Accounting
Mrs. Ryan-Robinson was appointed Principal Financial Officer and Controller of TC PipeLines GP, Inc. in September 2011. Mrs. Ryan-Robinson's principal occupation is Director of Pipeline Accounting for TransCanada Corporation. Prior to her current appointment, Mrs. Ryan-Robinson was Manager, Accounting Research & Projects responsible for accounting due diligence for acquisitions and greenfield projects, as well as managing the conversion to new accounting standards for the TransCanada group of companies. Previous to that, she held increasingly senior positions in regulatory, treasury and audit.

Donald J. DeGrandis Vice-President and Corporate Secretary
Mr. DeGrandis was appointed Secretary of the general partner in April 2005. Mr. DeGrandis' principal occupation is Vice-President and Corporate Secretary of TransCanada, a position he has held since June 2006. From June 2004 to June 2006, he was Associate General Counsel, Corporate, Corporate Secretarial of TransCanada. Prior to June 2004, Mr. DeGrandis was Director of Corporate Legal Services and Senior Legal Counsel of TransCanada.

Ms. Belecki was appointed Assistant Secretary of the General Partner in July 2009. Ms. Belecki's principal occupation is Senior Legal Counsel in TransCanada's Corporate Secretarial group.
