CALGARY, Alberta – February 26, 2004 – (Nasdaq: TCLP) – Ron Turner, President and Chief Executive Officer of TC PipeLines, will be making a presentation at The Master Limited Partnership Investor Conference in New York on March 2, 2004. The presentation will include information concerning the company’s performance, strategy and outlook. TC PipeLines will be one of several publicly traded partnerships participating in the conference.
